A virtual interaction of Director (HR) was held 15.11.2022 with the recently joined ETs from HR and Finance disciplines.

17 young executive trainees in HR and 08 in Finance disciplines have joined NTPC in November 2022 at eighteen different locations. These ETs underwent one-week online induction training organized by PMI from 10-16th November during which they got the opportunity to interact with Director (HR) on 15.11.2022.

He congratulated them on choosing NTPC for their career growth and encouraged them to put in their best during training, show curiosity and enthusiasm, invest in self-learning and enjoy the training period at the same time. He also clarified the Company's expectations from them and wished all the best for a great career in NTPC.

Shri Sebastian Joseph, CGM (HR), Shri R K Sinha, Head of PMI, Ms. Rachna Singh Bhal (GM-PMI), HOHRs and RLI Heads of respective locations were present in the meeting on the occasion.
