As part of the Swachhta Pakhwada-2023celebrations, a Prabhat Pheri was taken out at Meja Urja Nigam on 28-05-2023 to spread the message of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation among the township residents and stakeholders. 

On this occasion, Shri Kedar Ranjan Pandu, Chief Executive Officer, MUNPL called upon everyone to practice 5-S and Waste Segregation at their workplace, township and homes. Shri Mahaveer Kaujalgi, Divisional Forrest Officer, Prayagraj also attended the programme and lauded the efforts of MUNPL in the area of environment conservation and sustainable development.

A key attraction of the Prabhat Pheri was the enthusiastic participation of girls attending the GEM-2023 workshop. Shri Piyus Kumar, GM (O&M), Shri Ajit Basak, GM (Operation), Shri  G.P. Singh, GM (Maintenance), Shri P.K. Sabat, GM (C&M) and other senior officers of MUNPL, Vice Presidents and office bearers of Ladies' Club Aparajita Mahila Samaj and force members of CISF also participated in the event.
