Shri Narayana Prakash Shahar, HOP (Kahalgaon), held an open-house meeting with employees at the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Auditorium. 

Alongside Shri Ajay Sharma, GM (O&M), Dr. Sushmita Singh, CMO (Hospital), and Shri Saurabh Sharma, AGM (HR), employees of NTPC Kahalgaon engaged in discussions covering operational, welfare, and township-related concerns. 

During the session, Shri Saurabh Sharma, AGM (HR), and Ms. Priti Pallawi, DGM (P&S), presented insights into company information and highlighted key aspects of the station. 

This event witnessed the participation of a large number of employees from all departments and BUH (Kh)'s commitment to transparent communication, facilitating a direct and collaborative dialogue with the workforce at NTPC Kahalgaon.
