Following the HR Policy Manual's "System of Mentoring ANKUR" at NTPC, a mentor-mentee system has been implemented for new joinees at KD (Kerandari) & CB (Chatti Bariatu) CMPs. In line with this policy, mentors have been assigned to newly joined employees at KD&CB CMPs. Additionally, a two-day workshop was organized to familiarize both mentors and mentees with the system. Approximately 50 participants of KD and CB participated.

The sessions were attended by Shri Shiv Prasad, HoP, Kerandari Coal Mining Project and Shri Naveen Gupta, HoP, Chatti Bariatu Coal Mining Project. The sessions saw participation from Head of Departments of both projects. 

The workshop, held on May 24 and 25, 2024, was conducted by Dr. Mukteswar Patra, MD, from Tanvi Consultancy.
