On 8th September 2024, Synergy Club organised its 9th Annual Day, marked by a lively cultural evening filled with cultural performances. The Annual Day celebration featured an Antakshari competition, cultural dance performances, singing performance, a keyboard performance, and Mantra recitations. Employees, their families, and children actively participated, making it a memorable celebration.

The Synergy club had earlier organized Photography and Chess competitions, and winners of these events, along with those of the Antakshari, were awarded during the 9th Annual Day ceremony.

The cultural evening was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri D.R. Dehuri, Head of Project, NTPC Mouda, Shri Prem Chand, GM (COE), NTPC Mouda, Shri Pradeep Balwant Paranjape, GM (Project), NTPC Mouda, Shri Harekrushna Jena, GM (Maintenance), NTPC Mouda, Smt. Anita Arora, Welfare Incharge, Samruddhi Mahila Samiti, NTPC Mouda and Smt. Gauri Paranjape, Bal Bhawan Incharge, NTPC Mouda.

The evening also saw the presence and participation of members of Synergy Club, employees from various departments of NTPC Mouda and township families. 

For nine years, Synergy Club has been consistently organising engaging events that bring together participants of all ages. From children showcasing their talents to families and senior citizens sharing their skills, Synergy Club has created vibrant platforms for everyone. With a steadfast commitment to promoting inclusivity, Synergy Club continues to enrich the lives of all employees and family members of NTPC Mouda.
