In line with ANKUR Mentoring Policy, the Menter-Mentee Dyads has been finalized on 20th September at NETRA for one year. Twenty-three executives will be benefited from this program whereas they will be mentored by 8 senior executives of NETRA. An orientation program was organized on 20th September for Menter-Mentee Dyads whereas Dr. Rakesh Nandan Sahay, AGM (HR) delineated the fundamental and practical application of Mentor-Mentee program’s philosophy & importance of Interpersonal relations with emphasis on the concept like Transaction analysis and JOHARI Window . Further, extensive training support and hand holding will be facilitated over a period of 1 year to the set of Mentor & Mentees.
