On November 04, 2024, NTPC Talaipalli Coal Mining Project (TLCMP) welcomed Shri Animesh Jain, the Regional Executive Director (Coal Mining) and CEO of NML, for a detailed project review. The visit began with a site inspection at Korichhapar Railway Siding, where Shri Jain assessed the dispatch progress, focusing on timely and efficient coal transportation. Following this, he along with Shri Ajay Singh Yadav, Head of Project, TLCMP, proceeded to the TLCMP administrative block for a review meeting with Heads of Departments and senior officials. During the meeting, Shri Jain examined the project’s current status, reviewed operational safety protocols, and discussed the project’s future mining strategy.

The following day at NTPC Talaipalli Coal Mining Project began with a plantation ceremony, where senior TLCMP employees joined efforts to create a greener Talaipalli. Shri Animesh Jain, Regional Executive Director (Coal Mining) & CEO-NML, actively participated in this green drive, reinforcing NTPC’s dedication to sustainability.

During his visit to NTPC Talaipalli Coal Mining Project, Shri Animesh Jain, Regional Executive Director (Coal Mining) & CEO-NML, conducted an in-depth review of the warfwall and mines where he evaluated overall mining operations, during his visit to mines he was accompanied by Head of Project, Shri Ajay Singh Yadav, and senior officials of TLCMP. His visit highlights NTPC’s commitment to maintaining high standards in both production and workplace safety.
