NTPC Vindhyachal organized a memorable musical evening on November 10, 2024, commemorating the 50th Raising Day of our organisation, at Ambedkar Stadium, bringing together a massive crowd in a vibrant celebration. The event featured acclaimed playback singers Mohammad Danish (Indian Idol Fame) and Ishita Vishwakarma, (Winner of Saregamapa and Runner up of India's Got Talent show), who lit up the stage with powerful performances. The festive atmosphere, enhanced by dazzling decorations and energetic vibes, electrified the audience, filling the stadium with an infectious energy that set a thrilling tone for the evening.

The event saw participation from notable dignitaries from district administration including Smt. Nivedita Gupta, SP (Singrauli), and Shri Shiv Kumar Verma, ASP (Singrauli), as well as esteemed district officials.

Shri E. Satya Phani Kumar, ED (Vindhyachal), and Smt. Saroja Phani Kumar, President (Suhasini Sangh), graced the occasion alongside Shri Sameer Sharma, CGM (O&M) and designated HOP (Simhadri), and Smt. Neeta Sharma, Vice President (Suhasini Sangh). Key dignitaries from NTPC Singrauli and NTPC Rihand including Shri Rajeev Akotkar, HOP (Singrauli) and Smt. Piyusha Akotkar, President (Vanita Samaj), Shri Pankaj Mediratta, HOP (Rihand) and Smt. Anita Mediratta, President (Vartika Samaj), along with Shri Sanjay Asati, GM (O&M Rihand), and Shri Siddhartha Mandal, Head of HR (Singrauli) also attended the event. Their presence reflected the camaraderie and collective spirit shared across NTPC projects. 

Adding to the grandeur, senior leaders from NCL, including Shri Jitendra Malik, D(Technical), and Shri SP Singh, Director (Technical), attended the event. 

Top leadership from NTPC Vindhyachal graced the occasion, including Shri Trilok Singh, GM (RLI); Shri Sujay Karmakar, GM (Green Chemicals); Shri Rajasekhar Pala, GM (Operations); Shri A.J. Rajkumar, GM (Maintenance & ADM); Shri Atin Kundu, GM (Project); Shri D.K. Agarwal, GM (C&M); and Shri Rakesh Arora, Head of HR (Vindhyachal), alongside other senior officials. The presence of the NTPC Vindhyachal leadership underscored the significance of this celebration and its deep roots within the NTPC family.

The event also saw the attendance of all school principals from NTPC Vindhyachal township, further enhancing the community spirit. With thousands of employees and their families present, the gathering reached an impressive scale, and attendees enjoyed the evening to the fullest, making it a truly memorable celebration. The grand celebration witnessed the seamless coordination of HR, TAD, and IT departments, whose teamwork ensured the event’s success. Thousands of NTPC employees, families, and community members filled the stadium, reveling in the joy of the occasion. The night was a testament to NTPC Vindhyachal’s commitment to fostering a vibrant and cohesive community, leaving attendees with unforgettable memories of a spectacular celebration.
