Ahilya Mahila Mandal, Ladies Club of NTPC Khargone organised an awareness program in the form of a Walkathon wearing sarees by all the township women.

The Awareness walk was divided into two broad categories 40 years and above and 50 years and above. Women participated with enthusiasm and bagged positions in the walk. Smt. Sangita Patidar, Smt. Anjali Kulkarni and Smt. Seema Gupta bagged first, second, and third positions consecutively in the 50+ category. Similarly, a shout-out to Smt. Kirthana Kumbham, Smt. Priyanka and Smt. Shikha for winning the first, second, and third positions in the 40+ category.

The program was a success under the diligent leadership of Smt. Debika Bose, President AMM. Participants were recognised and learned about the importance of walking in maintaining health on a regular basis.
