The Superannuation Function at NTPC Barh started with an eco-friendly intiative with tree plantation by the superannuating employee Shri Jai Prakash Pandey, Sr Mgr(FM). All members of the Barh family, including Heads of Departments and other employees, were invited to the felicitation ceremony.

The event, held at Sauhard Bhawan on 31 January 2025, was dedicated to honouring the exemplary career of our superannuating employee Shri Jai Prakash Pandey. The ceremony witnessed the esteemed presence of Shri G Srinivasa Rao, HOP (Barh) and senior officials including, Shri Srikant Kerhalkar – GM(O&M), Shri A K Raza -GM (Maint & FM) and Shri S B Singh-GM (Project).

During this momentous occasion, Shri G Srinivasa Rao expressed his gratitude towards the invaluable contributions of Shri Jai Prakash Pandey. Sh Pandey shared heartfelt reflections on his journey in NTPC. The senior officials of Barh also took the opportunity to commend his hard work and dedication highlighting its significant impact on the organization. The celebration concluded with an official dinner.
