Second handholding support with 60 Women SHGs successfully conducted from 13th February to 16th February 2025. Initiative aims to establish a sustainable livelihood model for marginalized women from vicinity village of BRBCL projects, following the successful completion of training in November 2024.

Key Highlights of second handholding support:

· Honey Extraction: 220 kgs of raw honey successfully extracted.

· Skill Enhancement: Practical guidance was provided on beekeeping, honey extraction, and quality control.

· Women Empowerment: Participants demonstrated increased confidence in managing honey production units independently.

Way Forward:

· Continue periodic handholding support to address challenges and ensure long-term sustainability.

· Strengthen market linkages for better economic opportunities.

· Explore value addition techniques like honey packaging and branding.

The program marks a significant step towards empowering marginalized women and fostering economic self-reliance.
