The NTPC Ladies Club Presidents' Meet – "Manasvini" was organised on 17th-20th March, in Online mode with an aim to bring together the Presidents and Vice Presidents of Ladies Clubs across NTPC through a series of thoughtfully curated sessions, designed to promote skill development, social welfare, and overall well-being.

In line with the vision of Ms Kiran Singh, President Sanyukta Mahila Samiti and Bal Bhawan NTPC Limited, Manasvini was organised as a dynamic platform dedicated to strengthening women’s leadership, fostering community welfare, and promoting holistic well-being of spouses of NTPC professionals posted at various locations. Ms Rachana Singh Bhal, Executive Director (Strategic HR & Talent Management) guided the program from PMI.

The program included significant sessions on communication skills, emotional well-being, mental health, fitness & nutrition, leadership responsibilities, and awareness on cyber security by industry experts and speakers and ended with an inspirational talk on achieving success together.

Through "Manasvini," NTPC continues its commitment to empowering women by equipping them with the skills and knowledge to lead with confidence and resilience.
