Bal Bhawan, NSTPS, organised its Summer Carnival (Bal Mela) in the township. HOP Shri L.K. Behera, along with the President of Swara Mahila Sangh, Smt. Arati Behera, and GM (O&M) Shri K.D. Yadav, graced the event as Chief Guests.

The event featured a variety of food and game stalls, all set up and managed by the students of Bal Bhawan. The festivities began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guests and other dignitaries. Following this, they visited all the food and game stalls and interacted with the children. A special cake-cutting ceremony was held to mark the festive spirit of the event.

To add vibrancy to the celebration, students showcased their talents through lively cultural performances. One of the main attractions of the event was a special puppet show which was truly enjoyed by the children and their parents alike.

In his address, HOP Shri L.K. Behera congratulated Swara Mahila Sangh for organising such a joyful event and praised the children for their enthusiastic participation and creative stalls. The event brought the township to life with its carnival-themed decorations and special selfie points.
