Students of Bal Bharti Public School, Nabinagar enthusiastically participated in the ‘Prakriti Samvad, Bihar’ program organized under the aegis of the Institute of Environmental Research and Development. The program which is dedicated to environmental protection saw more than a hundred schools across Bihar participating in essay writing and painting competitions.

In a grand ceremony held at Bapu Sabhagar in Patna, the participating and winning students were awarded certificates by the Chief Guest Shri Arif Mohammad Khan, Hon'ble Governor of Bihar. The program was attended by many distinguished scholars, scientists, economists, and politicians including Padma Shri Dr. H.C. Verma, Padma Shri Uma Shankar Pandey, Director of IIT Patna Prof. T.N. Singh and IRS Satyapal Singh Meena.

Principal of the school, Ms. Sarika Kute accompanied the students to the event and appreciated the participating students. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the parents and NTPC management for their support.
