Shri Anil Kumar Jadli, Director (HR) congratulated Team NTPC for their recent successes in the PRSI National Quiz and the National Management Quiz. Director (HR) emphasised that this learning culture ensures that NTPC stays ahead in industry, allowing the company to adapt and succeed in a constantly changing environment.

On October 1, 2024, NTPC demonstrated its intellectual prowess at the esteemed National Management Quiz organised by the All-India Management Association (AIMA) in Delhi. The competition comprised four challenging rounds, with NTPC's team of Shri K M Prashanth (GM-Corp Communication) and Shri Anshuman Srivastava (DGM-Corp. Planning) emerging victorious in the Northern Region Finals, competing against prominent teams from SAIL, RBI, IOCL, EIL, and Maruti Suzuki.

Following their success in the regional rounds, the NTPC team advanced to the National Finals after a strong performance in the semifinals. In a highly competitive final, the team faced off against leading competitors, including IOCL, SAIL, RBI, and Godrej & Boyce, ultimately securing an impressive 3rd place. This achievement highlights NTPC’s commitment to excellence and showcases the team’s exceptional knowledge and strategic skills.

With over 150 teams from various organisations across the country participating, Team NTPC once again made a significant mark, highlighting the strong culture and capabilities of the organisation.
