Smt Kiran Singh, President (Sanyukta Mahila Samiti), inaugurated a spice processing unit "Vindhya Masala" at Vindhyanagar Township on 13th November. In collaboration with EDII, this masala unit will be run by self help groups from the nearby community under the guidance of Suhasini Sangh. This marks a significant step to empower women in the nearby communities, promoting financial independence and self-reliance.
The event witnessed the presence of senior dignitaries from Sanyukta Mahila Samiti including Smt Sunitha Jaikumar Srinivasan, Smt Meenakshi Srivastava, Smt Abha Jadli and Smt Anupama Srivastava. Adding to the occasion, Smt Vijaya Rao, President of Uttara Mahila Club and Smt Sangeeta Sinha Roy, senior member of the Uttara Mahila Club, also attended, showcasing their support for this empowerment initiative.
Suhasini Sangh dignitaries including Smt. E Saroja Phani Kumar, President; Smt. Neeta Sharma and Smt. Sarika Chaturvedi, Vice Presidents; and Smt. Shilpa Kohli, General Secretary, were instrumental in realizing this project. Their efforts in planning, conceptualizing, and executing the unit with the support from CSR department have been lauded for seamless coordination and dedication, reflecting Suhasini Sangh’s commitment to supporting women's initiatives under the able guidance of Smt Kiran Singh.
