A workshop on Mentoring has been organized at NETRA on 20th November involving 23 FTEs and Mentors. The objective of the workshop is to equip the attendees with effective ways of mentoring by enhancing their capacities and knowledge. The whole day experience was very interactive and very enriching for the young minds of NETRA. The resource person for the program was Dr (Ms) Ranjan Mittal, Head RLI (Dadri).
