In a commendable initiative, Shri Bhanwar Lal, Sr. Assistant Engineer at Talaipalli Coal Mining Project, spent three months teaching Physics to 12th-class students at Govt High School, Raikera. Due to the absence of a Physics teacher, the school administration had requested Shri Ajay SIngh Yadav, Head of Project, TLCMP, for part-time classes to support the students. Shri Bhanwar Lal took on the responsibility, simplifying complex topics and strengthening conceptual understanding. His initiative aimed to strengthen the conceptual understanding of 12th-class students, helping them grasp complex topics with ease. 

His structured approach and practical insights have instilled confidence in the students, who are now prepared to tackle their upcoming board exams. The school administration and students expressed their gratitude, acknowledging the significant impact of his mentorship. NTPC Talaipalli remains dedicated to empowering communities through education, skill development, and social welfare programs.
