National Deworming Day is observed on February 10. It aims to deworm children aged 1-19 to improve their health and academic outcomes.

NTECL Arogya PHC distributed deworming medicines in collaboration with Athipattu PHC to 200 students of township school. 

An awareness session on importance of deworming was also delivered by Dr Uthayakumar.
