On 29th April 2025, a meaningful and engaging interaction was held at Little Nest School, NTPC Unchahar, between Shri Shanti Manohar, Senior Member, Arpita Mahila Samiti, and 43 adopted GEM Girls studying at DAV School and Saraswati Vidya Mandir. The session was also graced by Smt. Anupama Srivastava, President, Priyadarshini Ladies Club, Smt. Jhumita Biswas, Vice President PDLC, Smt. Ruma De Sharma, HOHR along with other members of PDLC, HR and CSR Team.

The interaction focused on mental well-being and personal development through creative and constructive approaches. Smt. Shanti Manohar emphasized the vital role of consistent study habits, the transformative power of education, and the importance of reducing mobile phone usage. She also encouraged the girls to cultivate a mindset of gratitude and to seize every opportunity for learning and self-growth.
