The Shubhrajyoti Nagar Premier League - Women (SPL) 2024-25, organized by the Sports Council Darlipali, concluded successfully at Spradha Stadium, Shubhrajyoti Nagar on April 26-27. The event showcased spirited performances and emerging talent in women’s cricket.

The tournament featured a face-off between Team Power Striker and Blue Warriors. The league’s opening match on April 26th saw the Blue Warriors secure a dominant victory, defeating Power Striker by a margin of 52 runs.

Riding high on their earlier win, the Blue Warriors continued their impressive form in the final match held on April 27th. They chased down the target with ease, clinching the title with a 7-wicket win.

Ms. Priyanka Singh was named Player of the Series for her outstanding all-round performance throughout the tournament.

The SPL Women’s League 2024-25 highlighted the growing enthusiasm for women’s cricket in the region and marked another step forward in promoting sports and health in line with NTPC's AHWAHAN policy.
