PMI in collaboration with South Africa's leading provider of occupational health, safety, and environmental training - National Occupational Safety Association (NOSA) conducted two virtual certification programs on Occupational Health and Safety in two phases. The program combined theoretical learning, practical exercises, and assessments, empowering participants with critical safety management skills and insights.

A total of 22 participants from NTPC gained in-depth knowledge of occupational safety systems, auditing methodologies, and risk management. Expert trainer Mr Manie Kleyn facilitated practical insights into safety compliance with group activities. The certification program concluded with a summative test requiring a minimum score of 65% to pass. Successful participants received certification.
