DLC celebrated the New Year, Pongal, and Makar Sankranti with great enthusiasm on 8th January at the DLC GBM Hall.

Smt. Neeta Sharma, President of DLC, began the event with the Declaration and Welcome of the Extended Committee, introducing the new General Secretary, Joint General Secretary, and other members followed by the lighting of the lamp.

A vibrant Cultural Program and exciting games celebrating Pongal and Makar Sankranti added festive cheer. The event also featured beautiful rangoli displays and an energetic Open Floor Dancing session.

Smt. Sushmita Jena, Vice President, highlighted the cultural significance of Makar Sankranti, while Prasanna Ji, Welfare In-Charge, explained the traditions of Pongal.

The evening concluded with snacks and dinner, making it a memorable gathering for all.
