NTPC has recently reimagined its Vision, Mission, Core Values and Corporate Objective to align with the organization’s evolving priorities and strategic objectives. To ensure a comprehensive understanding of these updates, dissemination sessions have been organized by Corporate Planning Department. The virtual session through RLI Simhadri took place on 18th February.

Mr. Karikalchozhan M, AGM (Corporate Planning), outlined NTPC’s new strategic goals, while Mr. Nishant Kr Sharma, DGM (Corporate Planning), elaborated on the company’s mission and values. Employees from the Southern Region participated in the session.

The discussion emphasized NTPC’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and excellence. Employees engaged actively and appreciated the clarity and relevance of the updates. Such sessions were also held at RLI, Sipat and RLI, Vindhyachal earlier.
