In a move to enhance employee engagement and recreation, NTPC Talaipalli Coal Mining Project inaugurated Srijan Cinema. The cinema, located in Bal Bhawan of Kosal Vihar Township, was inaugurated by Shri Ajay Singh Yadav, Head of Project, TLCMP, along with Smt. Archana Yadav, President of Tilottama Mahila Samiti. Senior officials of TLCMP graced the occasion, adding to the celebratory spirit.

As part of the launch, employees and their families enjoyed the screening of Chhaava, a historical drama depicting the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, starring Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna. The initiative reflects NTPC’s commitment to employee welfare, fostering a sense of community and offering a recreational avenue for relaxation.
