On March 31, 2025, NTPC Mouda bid farewell to Shri Prem Chand, GM (COE), and Shri Manoj Shankar Indulkar, Assistant Manager, C&I Maintenance, as they superannuated after 36 years of dedicated service.
Shri Prem Chand, GM (COE), has completed his 36-year tenure, marked by commitment, dedication, and passion for excellence. He commenced his journey in 1989, contributing significantly to the Operation, HR-EDC, and COE-HR across multiple NTPC projects, including Vindhyachal, CC-EOC, Kawas, Simhadri, Talcher Kaniha, and Mouda. His leadership and vast experience have played a significant role in shaping NTPC’s growth and vision. As he embarks on a new journey post-retirement, NTPC Mouda expressed its deepest gratitude for his contributions, acknowledging the lasting impact he has made on the organization.
In addition, Shri Manoj Shankar Indulkar, Assistant Manager, C&I Maintenance, has been an integral part of NTPC. Beginning his career in 1989 at NTPC Rihand, he later contributed to the C&I Maintenance Department at NTPC Sipat and NTPC Mouda. His technical expertise and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in enhancing operational excellence. Notably, he was honored with the Prime Minister’s Shram Award in 1993, a testament to his outstanding contributions.
The felicitation ceremony commenced with a traditional welcome, where both superannuating employees were honored with a sapling, Feta, Shawl, Shrifal and garlands.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Himmat Singh Chauhan, Head of Project, NTPC Mouda, extended his heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to both superannuating officials. He stated, "NTPC will always cherish and honor your contributions. May you enjoy good health and a happy life ahead with your family and loved ones." Employees, officials, and family members also shared their experiences and conveyed their best wishes to the superannuating employees.
The event was attended by Shri Himmat Singh Chauhan, Head of Project, NTPC Mouda, GM (O&M), GM (Project), GM (COE), CMO, all Heads of Departments, family members of the superannuated employees, Representatives of Unions & Associations, Welfare Clubs, members of Samruddhi Mahila Samiti, Employees from NTPC Mouda Hospital, and all NTPC Mouda employees and officials. The heartfelt farewell was a testament to the respect and admiration both retirees have earned over their decades-long service.
