Tilottama Mahila Samiti successfully hosted its Annual Day celebrations, Tarang, at Talaipalli Coal Mining Project. The grand event took place at the Community Hall of Kosal Vihar Township and was graced by the Chief Guest, Shri Ajay Singh Yadav, Head of Project, Talaipalli Coal Mining Project.
