In line with NTPC’s Mentoring Policy, NETRA has implemented the mentoring system for all Fixed Term Executives (FTEs) since 2024. As part of this initiative, FTEs have undergone three in-depth orientation and training interventions aimed at fostering professional growth and development.

A mid-year Interaction & Experience Sharing Session was organised at NETRA to assess the effectiveness of the programme. The session featured insightful exchanges, with participants sharing their experiences and learnings. The discussion emphasised the importance of respecting individual uniqueness and embracing diverse perspectives in the mentoring journey.

With a growing number of PhD Fixed Term Executives joining NETRA, fresh recruits were also invited to attend the session and gain first-hand exposure to the mentoring framework. A dedicated training intervention for the same is scheduled to be held shortly at NETRA.
